Found this on a website a

Found this on a website a while back. Need to multiply the square footage by .50 and this will give you an estimate per pound, one pound of fabric = approximately 4 yards. Example: For a 2 x 3 rug, do the following calculations: 2 x 3 = 6 (square feet) x .50 = 3 pounds of material x 4 (remember 4 yards per pound) = 12 yards.

Thank you so much for the tutorial video! It's so much easier for me when I can SEE it. You did a great job! I've included a link for you to see my first rug. It didn't come out perfect but I learn more as I make them. I've already started another one and thinking of the next as I'm working! The possibilities are endless! And again, Thank you!!
