I would like some information

I would like some information on how to purchase a "tool" for making a rag rug. The one in the video would be fine. Where can I get one? Thanks.

You can get them from "Aunt

You can get them from "Aunt Philly" (just google that). She also sells instructions and stuff, but they're expensive. I stick to the free instructions here on this site.

Hi, after looking here and

Hi, after looking here and finally buying Aunt Philly's DVD, I've started my first rag rug and am very pleased with how it is going. I would recommend you save yourself the time and frustration of trying to do this without using this DVD if you want a professional looking rug. I also bought a DVD from a lady who does this as a craft in Branson, MO, but the quality, detail and camera angle make it hard to begin a project just from the DVD. She also uses a little different technique (as do the free videos on this forum) and I find Aunt Philly's instruction is most helpful. I have also requested a written pattern from a lady who teaches at a college in Portland. I love comparing techniques to perfect my own. As I learn lessons, I plan on posting them here. I also hope to post a picture of my rug on this forum too so look for it. Thanks for offering this site.

Thanks for offering this.

Thanks for offering this. There doesn't seem to be much activity lately. I hope this site continues because I'm just getting into this and love it! I wish there was a real good DEFINITE increase pattern instruction for the various shapes. My first rug started getting big holes from real stretched out stitiches as it got bigger.
